Tabitha's personal yoga practice has always been about observing the journey of coming home to herself. Taking away everything else and drawing closer to the essence of true self. Yoga has helped her tremendously throughout her life and has become an essential part of her everyday life. She will always be a student of the practice and is deeply grateful for the loving wisdom her teachers have shared with her.
Her intention is to create a welcoming space for you to stop, listen and observe within. To take time out of the day to connect with yourself. To encourage a gentle practice of self-enquiry, self-love, and compassion by integrating physical movement with breath awareness.
