Judit's yoga journey started some years ago as a way to gain flexibility and improve her balance. She soon came to love the challenge of practice, and the peace of mind yoga provides.
In 2018-19 her practice flourished, trying different styles and teachers. In 2020 she completed 200-hour Ashtanga-Vinyasa yoga teacher training with Yoga London. This helped deepen her knowledge of yoga practice and meaning on and off the mat, and her ability to share it with others.
Since then, she has been teaching, learning and practicing, and welcomed her baby girl born in January 2022.
Judit likes to create classes where everyone feels included and can adapt the poses to their bodies, as well as challenge themselves, and feel both refreshed and energized.
