Sattva Yoga
Sattva Yoga (Sattva meaning Whole in Sanskrit) remains true to ancient Himalayan tradition allowing for an ever evolving, self-healing and authentic practice at the core of its teachings. This integrative practice opens the mind and heart to the brilliance of life, offering tools and techniques to address and transform all layers of the human body.
Sattva Yoga integrates all aspects of Yoga - Pranayama (breath), Hatha (postures to balance the ‘HA’ right and ‘THA’ left side of the body), Kriya Kundalini (stabilising the nervous system through movement, mantra, breath, mudras and meditation).
This class is accessible for all levels but be prepared to feel big energy and emotional shifts, as well as becoming physically and mentally stronger.
Ashtanga yoga
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, usually referred to simply as Ashtanga yoga, is a style of yoga codified and popularized by K. Pattabhi Jois during the 20th century, and which is often promoted as a modern-day form of classical Indian yoga. In this class you will be practicing the primary series.

Aroma yoga
The Class will have some flow elements followed by longer held Yin postures. Open to all levels, this 60-minute class will incorporate the purest essential oils to support and nurture our systems. Both yoga and essential oils are known to naturally decrease symptoms of stress and offer a deep release. This powerful combination of oils and yoga will help cleanse, balance and refresh the body, mind and spirit.
Chakra yoga
Chakras: (in Indian thought) each of seven centres of spiritual power in the human body. Each week we will focus on one of the seven chakras. Connecting with it, activating the energy through yoga poses and consolidating that connection with meditation. This 60 min class is suitable for beginners. Expect an open level yoga sequence, followed by a guided meditation.
Mandala vinyasa
The Mandala Vinyasa class is established on the four basic elements to bring connection between you and each of the elements in the Universe – Earth, Water, Fire and Air – and with their corresponding Chakra. Each of the element relates to a specific group of muscles of the leg mandala:
Air – quads and backbends. Energetically activating Anahata Chakra, related with our social identity and self-love, finding space in our hearts.
Fire – glutes and IT band accessing through twists. Energetically activating Manipura Chakra, our solar plexus, related with our will power and ego identity.
Water – groin and hips. Energetically activating Svadhisthana, the Sacral Chakra, our source of movement and connection, related with our reproductive system.
Earth – hamstrings and forward folds. Energetically activating Muladhara, the Root Chakra, related with grounding and safety.
Not suitable for complete beginners.
Dharma mittra
Dharma Yoga is a graceful, yet strong form of yoga based on the teachings of the respected guru Sri Dharma Mittra. Classes incorporate a dynamic sequence of backbends, inversions, twists and balances, as well as pranayama techniques and the all-important relaxation. Throughout the class students are encouraged to push their boundaries and experience the practice as an active meditation.

Dynamic hatha yoga
Enjoy a rigorous but accessible sequence that will challenge and work your body and mind. Classes begin with a gentle warm-up, cultivating breath and body awareness and builds into more energetic sequences synchronizing breathe and movement developing strength and flexibility. Sequences vary each week and emphasis is on moving with self-awareness, self-acceptance and blending energies of body, mind and spirit.
Rocket yoga
Rocket Yoga, also known as 'The Rocket', is a style of yoga developed by Larry Schultz in San Francisco during the 1980s. Rocket Yoga is rooted in the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga practice of yoga.

Yinyasa
Get the benefits of a Yin practice with the challenge of a Vinyasa sequence. This class is a journey from the deep, yin-like relaxation poses to the more dynamic vinyasas and ashtanga based poses. Absolutely balancing and strengthening.
Hatha flow
In Hatha Yoga, students hold the poses for several breaths. In this class you will hold the poses and alternate them with vinyasas, flowing through a sun salutation from one pose to the next.
Intensive flow
Starting the day with a deep connection with your body, it’s strength, flexibility and focus. This vinyasa yoga class will challenge you at points, but the pace will be moderate, and the breath is the centre of the practice.

Vinyasa flow
Vinyasa flow is currently the most popular style of yoga. It has its roots in Ashtanga yoga, and as a general description, it just means that the poses are held for shorter periods of time and the sequence flows constantly from pose to pose through ‘vinyasas’ or a fragment of the sun salutation.

Kids Yoga & Mindfulness
Kids yoga is a wonderful way to improve children’s co-ordination, increase self-awareness, boost confidence and self-esteem while they stretch and strengthen their bodies. Using yoga, children can learn to relax, concentrate and be gentle in a fun and creative environment. Activities include yogic games, mindfulness, relaxation/ savasana with sound frequency, yoga arts & crafts, story telling and guided imagery. For kids ages 6-12.
Kundalini yoga
It derives its name through a focus on awakening kundalini energy through regular practice of meditation, pranayama, chanting mantra and yoga asana. Called by practitioners "the yoga of awareness", it aims "to cultivate the creative spiritual potential of a human to uphold values, speak truth, and focus on the compassion and consciousness needed to serve and heal others."
Meditation and mindfulness
Each week we will have different teachers leading this class. From meditation gurus, to singing bowls sessions, to yoga nidra (guided meditation). This is a 30-minute session to relax and unwind, welcoming the week ahead. Please book separately as these sessions are slightly reduced from our general price.
Pilates
Pilates or Physical Mind method is a series of non-impact exercises designed by Joseph Pilates to develop strength, flexibility, balance, and inner awareness.
Power vinyasa
Power Vinyasa Yoga is an intense, energetic form of yoga where you will fluidly move from one pose to the next whilst using your breath to lead the movements. It enables the development of strength, flexibility and balance. This is a dynamic class that will increase your stamina and blood flow.

Prenatal yoga
Prenatal yoga can enhance your pregnancy experience. Advocates claim that prenatal yoga can improve sleep, aid breathing and relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety, strengthen muscles for delivery and reduce risk of pre-term labour. Yoga is also beneficial for reducing pregnancy symptoms such as back pain, nausea and headaches. It’s preferable for pregnant women to practice after their first trimester (14 weeks).
Slow flow
Vinyasa inspired class where the postures move seamlessly and organically from one to the next, with the transition being as important as the pose itself. Slower and softer than vinyasa flow or Ashtanga, this class is suitable for all levels. Challenging and relaxing in equal measures.
Sunday night yoga
Each week, the teachers leading this class will change, and the styles might vary slightly. We want to keep your Sunday nights fun and varied. However, you can be sure this will be a slightly challenging class, perfect combined with the mindfulness session that follows it!

Yin yoga
Postures are practised close to the mat and held for longer in order to open the joints and get deep into the body's connective tissues. A more meditative form of yoga with a strong emphasis on breath awareness and the link between mind and body. The perfect complement to more dynamic 'yang' classes such as rocket, vinyasa flow or ashtanga.
Yin & Yang yoga
Yin/Yang Yoga is a class that balances the traditional Yang yoga practices with newly developed Yin yoga. This class can provide you with a practice that starts with an energising and uplifting sequence and finishes with deep, introspective, and quiet yoga.
