Cecilia teaches Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Slow Mindful Flow, and Forest Inspired Yoga. She believes that everybody, regardless of their size, ability, and flexibility can take part in yoga and enjoy the benefits.
Cecilia completed 230 hours yoga teacher training in 2019. Initially she took up the training to deepen her own practice and understanding of yoga philosophy, but by the end of the course she felt inspired to share the nourishing practice of yoga with other people. She believes the practice of yoga is a form self-development, self-care, that cultivates mindfulness, as well as strengthen and connecting mind, body, and spirit. When holding a space and guiding people through practice Cecilia aims to offer participants an opportunity to reset, refill and be in the moment.
